The apartments are located on a pleasant garden square, within easy reach of the vibrant Earls Court area. The Earls Court and Olympia exhibition centres are within easy reach, as are Kensington High Street and the Science, Natural History and Victoria & Albert Museums. Excellent nearby transport links place the entire city within easy reach.
Travel Information:
The nearest tube station is Earl’s Court, which provides services on the District and Piccadilly lines, including services to Heathrow.

Booking Procedure
The Presidential Apartments Kensington can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival you will be charged for up to three days’ stay. For a stay of less than 7 nights you will be charged for 1 night’s stay, and for stays of over 7 nights you will be charged for 3 nights’ stay.
