Apartment Types:

There are 65 luxurious suites, including studios and one, two and three bedroom suites:

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Studio Suite
The spacious Studio Suites have a lounge, kitchen and separate bathroom, and can sleep up to two people.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Suite
One Bedroom Suites have a kitchen and lounge area and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Suite with River View
This is the same as the One Bedroom Suite but with the additional benefit of a river view.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Suite with Balcony
This is the same as the One Bedroom Suite but with the additional benefit of a balcony.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Suite
Sleeping up to four people, these suites have two bedrooms and two bathrooms (both are en-suite) separated by a lounge and kitchen area. A number of these suites also benefit from a paved balcony.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Suite with River View
This is the same as the Two Bedroom Suite but with the additional benefit of a river view.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Suite with Balcony
This is the same as the Two Bedroom Suite but with the additional benefit of a balcony.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 3 Three Bedroom Suite
The Three Bedroom Suite, which can accommodate up to six people, is ideal for families or groups of friends. A Two Bedroom Suite is interconnected with a One Bedroom Suite, allowing guests to enjoy the privacy, space and comfort of home alongside the services and facilities of a prestigious hotel.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 3 Three Bedroom Suite with River View
This is the same as the Three Bedroom Suite but with the additional benefit of a river view, and some have a balcony.

Locality and Attractions:

It’s convenient location on the South Bank of the River Thames means Plaza on the River is an ideal base to indulge in all that the buzzing capital has to offer.

Suites overlook some of London’s most famous landmarks, including Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and the renowned London Eye. The Tate Britain gallery is just across the water, and a short walk brings you to Westminster Abbey, where you can witness the scene of every British monarch’s coronation since 1066. Other nearby attractions include the Imperial War Museum, The Oval Cricket Ground, Buckingham Palace and London Aquarium.

Travel Information:

The Plaza on the River Apartments are close to London Waterloo rail and underground station, with access to the Bakerloo, Northern, Jubilee and Waterloo & City underground lines and National Rail services. Plaza on the River operates a complimentary shuttle service to and from Waterloo rail and underground station, Victoria and Westminster stations. On the other side of the river, Pimlico, St. James’s Park and Westminster underground stations are only a short distance away

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
Plaza on the River can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged but simply pre-authorised in order to secure funds.
The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
You will be asked to make payment in full when you check out.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00

Cards Accepted
Plaza on the River Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for stays of 7 nights or less must be made at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the cost of one night’s accommodation.

Cancellations for stays of between 8 and 30 days must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge equal to one night’s accommodation.

Cancellations for stays of more than 30 nights must be made at least 7 days before arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge equal to the cost of seven nights’ accommodation.
